Design and development of a system based on Artificial Intelligence for the generation of directed activity in the after-sales service of domestic appliances : nº ZL-2022/00613

Project oriented to industrial research on Cognitive Computing Systems for its application in the development of an Intelligent Experience Center (IExC).

The general objective of the DELIVERON project is to design and develop a system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system for the generation of targeted activity for the operators in the after-sales service of household appliances.

The materialisation of the industrial research, which will be developed within the framework of the present project aims to culminate in the creation of an innovative CUSTOMER SERVICE/ AFTER-SALES SERVICE system collaborative technology to manage the performance of the operators based on the conclusions drawn from the results of the the conclusions drawn from the results of predictive models for cognitive systems.

This project is financed by the Business R&D Support Programme of the Department of Economic Development and Infrastructures of the Spanish Government. of Economic Development and Infrastructures of the Basque Government, for the modality of Industrial Research projects.
